Surrey based Schwank, an international radiant heating systems supplier for both public and private sector buildings, utilised BBI to secure its email systems. This followed the company's adoption of ADSL, which made communication potentially more vulnerable to virus attack.
BBI's response has been to:
- Set up security on the network, including firewall and virus protection software
- Establish systems to protect and back up data
- Ensure that the system could be restored in house without the need to outsource technical support
