You’ll need to be careful what you think if a new Telekinetic app to be used with Google Glass makes headway. Launched by a London based digital consultancy, MindRDR connects with Google Glass via a headset that measures the brain’s electrical signals when you concentrate.
So far the mind reading app can just take photos and publish them to the internet (pretty amazing in itself) but who knows what the future could hold? For instance, the creators see great potential in the medical field.
This should be a really exciting technological advance, especially once Google Glass and the mindreading headset can become neatly integrated. So far, Google is not involved, but for how long we wonder? Anyway, a recent online article and video about this from The Engineer is well worth checking out!
