Accessibility Statement for BBI Brandboost

BBI Brandboost is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for everyone. We want as many people as possible to be able to use this website. For example, that means you should be able to:

  • Change colours, contrast levels, and fonts.
  • Zoom in up to 300% without the text spilling off the screen.
  • Navigate most of the website using just a keyboard or speech recognition software.
  • Use the website easily on various devices, supported by our simple and clear writing style.

Compliance Status

The BBI Brandboost website is partially compliant with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) version 2.2 AA standard.

Our latest audit confirms an accessibility health score of 95%, following a significant reduction in critical violations. We are progressively working toward 100% compliance.

Non-Accessible Content

Despite our progress, some parts of the website are not yet fully accessible:

  • Third-Party Vendors: Our Chatbot and Cookie Consent tools are managed by external vendors. These may present navigation hurdles that are currently outside of our direct code control.
  • Legacy Documents: Many of our older PDFs and Word documents do not meet accessibility standards (e.g., they may not be structured for screen readers). Where we create new PDFs, we aim to use the accessible PDF/A standard.
  • Embedded Media: Some older embedded videos may lack captions, and third-party maps may be difficult to scale or navigate via keyboard.
  • Mobile Optimisation: While we have made huge strides, we are still refining the experience on some mobile devices to reach full 2.2 AA compliance.

Disproportionate Burden

We do not consider any core website elements to be a disproportionate burden at present. Should any high-cost technical limitations arise, we will update this section accordingly.

This statement was last updated on 27 April 2026.

We use a combination of manual testing and professional auditing tools, including Stark, Axe, and SortSite, to test a representative sample of pages (including our homepage, services, and news sections) against WCAG 2.2 criteria.
