Ross Solution Projects (RSP) are specialists in outdoor landscaping and the installation of driveways and outside area surfacing using a wide variety of quality materials. Working primarily in London and the Home Counties, they carry out both large and smaller scale assignments for commercial and residential clients together with projects such as school playgrounds and public spaces.
When RSP contacted us, their existing website was not mobile friendly and looked dated, which resulted in a high bounce rate and few enquiries. BBI was briefed to design and build a new responsive site that would generate more leads and produce more interest from potential target audiences.
As well as this all important spadework, we were also requested to handle the ongoing management of the site!
The time had come for a clean sweep with the past and to get potential business blossoming for the future. With this in mind, BBI created a new mobile-friendly site which is visually appealing, easy to navigate and offers high quality UX.
We produced new content and imagery that enhanced the perception of RSP as highly professional and imaginative all work they undertake. This content aims to convert and has SEO fully factored in to ensure that target visitors find the site and access the information they require easily and rapidly.
To enhance UX and SEO benefits, we have regularly added new targeted content since the launch of the new website.
The results achieved since the launch of the new RSP website have both met and exceeded expectations when compared with the performance of their previous site.
In the first six months since launch, pages per session were up by 120% and the average session duration up by 150%. Target visitors were finding the site and liking what they saw, indicated by the fact that the overall bounce rate was down by 40%!
Most importantly, the website has generated many more genuine enquiries than RSP had experienced from their former site. We can confidently say that the new website is progressively gaining the level of traffic that this excellent business deserves.
